I’m thinking about doing a series of these. Probably not the final copy; whipped this one up pretty quickly. Not sure if I’m happy with it.
After two weeks and one day of classes under my belt, I’m already doing some really awesome things in marketing.
Tomorrow, I am going up to Wrigley with the PR Club here at Columbia to meet the Marketing and PR departments for the Chicago Cubs. Basically, I’m getting a taste of what my dream would be like! I am so stoked for this!
until next time…
iTunes: Blink-182 : Neighborhoods
Side note: It’s weird saying “going UP to Wrigley.” I’m usually “going DOWN to Wrigley” since I’m from the northwest ‘burbz.
Side Side Note: Sometimes we can get to Wisconsin faster than to Chicago. ohhh illinoize. corn.
Probably one of the best videos I’ve seen in a long time.
Note: I don’t think you can watch this from the dashboard, click my page or click the source link to watch.
This literally gave me the chills. along with this video.
I can not even put into words how excited I am for baseball season.

Green Day (aka Sweet Children circa 1986ish)

Green Day (probably around 1990 at Gilman St.)

Billie Joe Armstrong- Guitar/Vox/Songwriter (2010 Lollapalooza Chicago, Illinois.)

Mike Dirnt- Bass/Backing Vox (2010 Lollapalooza Chicago, Illinois.)

Tre Cool- Drums/Backing Vox (2010 Lollapalooza Chicago, Illinois.)

Billie Joe (Wrigley Field 2009. Fun Fact: I’m in this picture!)
I’m such a Green Day geek. It’s ridiculous; I’ll admit it! haha Anyways, GD’s my favorite band, and has been since 8th grade, which is a long time once I think about it. I’m not as obsessed with them as I once was. Plus, I like more than just punk/pop-punk now. Times are a-changin… But, there will always be a place in my heart for Green Day. Cliche, I know.
